Lebanon, NH—Elizabeth Ann Follensbee, 65, died at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon on October 28, 2012. She was born on October 7, 1947 in Lebanon, NH to the late Ernest & Elizabeth (Emerson) Penn. She grew up in Etna and attended Hanover schools. She was married to Fred W. Follensbee who died on December 19, 2010. She had been employed by College Cleaners in Hanover, Carter and Churchill in Lebanon, and as an inspector at Split Ball Bearing in Lebanon.
She was a past member of the Elks, enjoyed crocheting, birds, flea marketing and traveling around the upper valley exploring yard sales, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by three children Shane Follensbee of Thetford Center, Todd Follensbee of Meriden, and Randy Follensbee of Lebanon, Sisters Velma McConnell of Enfield, Margaret Chartier of White River Jct, Joyce McBain of West Lebanon, Lucille Brown of Greenville, SC, Brothers Robert Penn of Etna and Allen Emerson of South Carolina, fourteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by Brothers Ernie Penn, Edward Emerson, Allen Emerson, Sr. and sisters Isabel Hodge, Patricia Elder, and Marion Penn.
Friends may call at the Ricker Funeral Home in Lebanon on Wednesday Oct. 31st from 5 to 7 PM. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 1:00PM at the Ricker Funeral Home in Lebanon.
