Lillian M. Dulac

Lebanon, NH – Lillian M. Dulac, 96 died Tuesday, October 23, 2012 after a brief illness.

She was born in Lebanon, NH on July 22, 1916 a daughter of Ernest and Nellie (Labbie) Marcotte and graduated from Lebanon High School in Lebanon, NH class of 1934. On May 9, 1938 she married Francis Dulac, who predeceased her on October 6, 2012. During her adult life she was a secretary at Hanover Street School in the Lebanon School District for nine years before becoming the manager of the Dartmouth Medical School bookstore until her retirement.

In her spare time, Lillian enjoyed traveling, reading and knitting. Her utmost happiness came from spending time with her children, grandchildren and friends. She always had a smile on her face and was a gentle loving soul.

Lillian was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Lebanon, the Catholic Daughters of America, the Lebanon Elks Woman’s Auxiliary and Beta Sigma Phi.

She was predeceased by her son-in-law Ted Minard and great-grandson Nathan Minard in 2010. She was also predeceased by her brother Harold Marcotte, and her four sisters Oleanna Stickney, Alice Covell, Lucille Howard and Antoinette LaRochelle.

She is survived by her daughter Jacqueline Minard of Lebanon; her sons Francis Dulac and wife Amereen of Deland Florida and John Dulac and Sybil Williams of Lebanon. She is also survived by eight grandchildren Ted Minard, Jim Minard, Tricia Minard, Frankie Dulac, Joel Dulac, Jason Dulac, Chris Dulac and Elizabeth Dulac and four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Church at 11 AM on Thursday, May 9, 2013 which would have been Lillian and Francis’s 75th wedding anniversary with burial following in the Valley Cemetery in Lebanon.
