Grafton N.H.-Amanda June Foden, age 17, a senior at Mascoma Valley Regional High School, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, October 23, 2012, at her home in Grafton, in the presence of her mother and father (step).
Amanda was born May 23, 1995 in Nashua N.H. and moved to Grafton with her family the summer of her attending first grade. Being so young, survivors include many. Amanda was best known for her sense of humor, her love for her dogs, car and tie-dye! Amanda’s favorite past time was watching TV and painting her nails. In her junior year of high school Amanda decided that she wanted to be a U.S. History high school teacher. The family wishes to acknowledge and thank Lake Sunapee Region VNA and Hospice and Dartmouth Pediatrics Hematology/Oncology department for the exceptional care and understanding shown by them to Amanda. Amanda never gave up on her dreams, even though she will not be able to fulfill them, she knows that each and every one of her family and friends will accomplish a small part of what she wanted to accomplish in life…fulfilling her dreams…thus never giving up.
